The African Students Community (ASC) is a Students Community in Groningen (Netherlands) aimed at, among others:

• Uniting, maintaining, and encouraging contacts between students and former students of the University of Groningen and other Academic institutions in Groningen originally from the African continent.
• Promoting the interests in the broadest sense of these students and former students, and of the members of the association in particular.
• Promoting contacts between the association and the University of Groningen and other Academic institutions in Groningen.
• Promoting educational exchange between Africa and the Netherlands, particularly University of Groningen and other Academic institutions in Groningen.
• Doing everything connected with the foregoing or which may be beneficial to it.
